Meet Lesa Keeven
Spiritual Director, Educator and Author
Lesa Keeven is a certified spiritual director and an educational consultant. Active in Catholic ministry, she designs retreat days for teachers, women, and couples. Before becoming a spiritual director, she worked as a Catholic school administrator. Lesa holds a master’s degree in educational administration and an additional certification in special education. She currently serves as a member of the Life Teen International Board of Directors. She has been married to her best friend, Jerry, for over 33 years. They have three grown children, two sons-in-law, and four adorable grandsons. They all reside in St. Louis.

Every journey has a starting point and writing this book was no different. It began with the Holy Spirit placing the idea on my heart and then a constant beckoning to finish it. Just like any journey, I had to surrender at times, embrace change when necessary, open my mind, listen more and dig a bit deeper in prayer.
This little book is a simple reminder of the beautiful things in our Catholic faith. It helps us remember what’s important in our story and guides us to our own purpose. I pray it means something to you and you learn something new about your own walk with Him!
